Ah, summer. It came at last. To us, summer cooking is all about fresh produce, simple preparations and refreshing meals. We’ll save those hour long cooking projects and hearty stews for the fall – now all we want is to be outside, enjoy this the most precious time of the year and snack on fresh, crispy vegetables straight from the garden.
All we eat isn’t raw though. Below we’ve collected our favorite summer recipes that we invite you to check out and perhaps try in the coming weeks, hoping you’ll find some you’ll like as you go along. Our best of the best is in here – the crispy zucchini fritters. These we make hundreds of as soon as the garden starts shooting out summer squash left and right, and put in the freezer for the winter. Happy summer and happy summer cooking!
